Wazoodle used to be Canadian and had inserts like these that you could order kits for and then make them up yourself (with a volume discount) or just buy them premade. The inserts and the kits had Zorb in them (I'm not a fan of Zorb but some mamas love it). They were called "Tuckables" inserts. I like the idea of the insert being elasticized but wonder how well that would fit in real life. I have not seen a cover like that though...kind of a cool idea, especially if it were stay-dry.
