My 6 y/o is suddenly saying GROSS stuff....

My 4 year old DS does thus same stuff. I try my best to just ignore it because the reaction is what he once.

Yikes, that's gross indeed mama. I will not tolerate it if my daughter talks about gross things especially if we're eating meals together! However, I cannot tell her to stop farting. It is sometimes her habit to do that.

Ok - I totally laughed out loud at this thread. Kids are just gross...it is funny. I am perpetually 12 when it comes to this stuff and cannot help but laugh my head off. My 3 yr old can belch like a grown man and I die laughing each time he does it. It never grows old.

My now 15 yr old used to pick his nose and wipe it on the wall when he was younger. I had to make him wash his walls all the time. No matter how gross I told him it was, he would not stop. Finally one day I guess he out grew it as there is no more snot on his walls.

We're not too proper in my house so when my kids say gross stuff, my DH and I end up laughing (we really try not to, but sometimes it is way to funny).

My super girly 3.5 year old DD loves to talk about farting as does my 5.5 year old DS. I think it's just a kid thing and honestly, if it is the worst thing they are dong then I don't get too concerned.

Husbands are gross too because mine taught my kids how to do this... I always ask him if he is going to be 90 years old and still act like a ten year old.

I am soooo glad to have read this thread! My 4 yr old DD has been saying this stuff too! It drives me INSANE, but I do my best to ignore it. What gets me is that my boys NEVER said stuff like this... WHY does my DAUGHTER need to be the one to say it?!?!
