No one in my family breastfed so no one I associate with understands my frustration...maybe someone here will. I am nursing 19 month old twins and it messes with my cycles SO bad!!! I end up somewhere in the 45-60 day cycle, but cramp for a week before and a week after. It's really annoying to me.

Definitely Kudos to you! I understand the aggravation of your cycle being off, mine was for until I went down to nursing about 1x a day. I was in the most irritable mood in all my life, cramping for days, spotting before, varied cycles, forgetfulness, and I was miserable! It's tolerable now with my one 26mo old. Hope it's getting better for you!
