Eating food

My dd is 14 months. We are not trying to wean but I will be out of the house for 8 hours a day, 3 days per week starting next week. She does not eat anything except for Cheerios and an occasional banana. We have not introduced cows milk at all and she will only drink an ounce or two of water. I guess I just need someone to reassure me that if she is hungry she will eat I only have about 8 ounces pumped and I don't pump very well

And yes, if she is hungry, she will eat. It wouldn't hurt to maybe offer her something every little bit, know what I mean? Maybe leave some cheerios out often through the day, and when she shows signs of being hungry, offer her something else?

I would start offering her some solids to make sure she takes to the texture. That could be baby food or table food. She has the most precious rolls. My son would not do solids and would starve himself at her age, so I would not bank on it unless you have tried it and she takes to it.

For a whole around 10 months she was eating everything and then she got hand foot mouth and went back to only nursing. I don't know if she thinks eating is what hurt her throat or what but I can't get her to eat even a bite of anything besides puffs or Cheerios. She didn't even taste her birthday cake (big sis helped eat it)
