What is your favorite meal?

Beef goulash and spaghetti with meatballs. I'm definitely craving for them right now but we are tight on a budget to buy them from the grocery store.

Turkey dinner... Slow roasted with smashed roasted garlic potato, home made gravy, garlic shallot and almond greenbeans, apple sausage and sage cornbread stuffing, Whole berry cranberry compote, Yeast rolls with whipped Honey butter. Yeah its my go to comfort meal... but I cant pass up a good ol piece of Flaming Meat toss me a Ribeye on the grill med-rare and a Good ol fashion baked potato and a salad Im just as happy sorry Coudln't pick one

Smash crackers and mix with a bit of sage and salt and pepper. (I used white pepper because I like it)

Mix D’Jonaise with minced garlic (Or you can put powdered garlic in the dry mix.)

Heat olive oil in pan on stove.

Dredge chops in mustard mix, then coat with cracker mix. Cook five minutes on each side.

Chicken Richmond, also known to my kids as chicken with sauce. Line a baking dish with bacon, set chicken on top (I use boneless & skinless thighs or breasts), then dump on the sauce and bake. The sauce is one large container of sour cream mixed with two cans of cream of mushroom soup (I've started using the condensed soup from Pacific Natural, as it has a lot fewer creepy ingredients and a lot more mushroom flavor). It's everyone's favorite; my husband requests it when he needs comfort food, and even the picky 6-year-old asks for seconds. I usually serve it with peas and rice - the sauce is soooo yummy over rice.

I have a few favorites.

I love Hispanic food and I make really good green chili cheese enchiladas and nachos loaded with veggies and cheese
I also love broccoli beer cheese soup with some good bread. A few dashes of hot sauce and its perfect!!
