Whats the weight range on the MHM soakers?

I'm not really sure of the weight range, but I just measured them both at rest. The green one is 13 inch waist diameter, 6.5 inch rise, and 9 inch around the thigh. The one with the monkey on the bum is 12 inch waist diameter, 6.75 inch rise, and 7.5 inch thigh. Hope that makes sense. They both have good stretch as well though.
