Re: Toddler sleep
My 16 month old gets up at 5am every single day and has for months. It used to be 4-430. It's frustrating and maddening, but I have no choice but to get up. He wakes up screaming and unless I want the whole house awake, I have to get up with him. There's no "putting him back to bed." I've just resigned myself to the fact that he's an early bird and gets up at 5am.

Re: Toddler sleep
our boys have started waking at 5 am lately, im not impressed with it. Thankfully they just chat to each other until a more reasonable wake up time, I will go in and get them anytime after 6 but not before, because i dont want to encourage it.
i would try bringing him back to his bed everytime so he knows its not wake up time yet.

Re: Toddler sleep
That's a total of about 12 hours - maybe he's just getting enough sleep overall. Ours goes through phases, so hopefully this phase will pass.
