They have a gently used section, I think those are returns.

I love BottomBumpers AIOs! They have sized and OS options. I've only tried the sized and love how trim it is.

I've had 2 issues come up that needed Nicki's customer service (and one was for a 15 day trial/return). They were so patient and understanding, nothing but simplicity in dealing with them
