How about tacos/burritos? We use flour tortillas (I like the uncooked costco ones...not sure on ingredients) and fill with brown rice and meat or a meat/potato mixture (cook ground meat and add shredded potatoes and cook it all down until the potatoes are done). We top ours with avocado, orange peppers, lettuce, etc.
