You can save it! I had a bunch of those medela 2.5oz bottles. My plan was to put the milk in those and then at the end of the day add that milk and my pumped milk together and freeze it, but I didn't really leak. Just don't add warm milk to the cold milk in the fridge throughout the day cause it will cause it to spoil, but you can chill it separately and mix it together once its all chilled
