My giggle of the day....

I went into a business to pay a bill..the lady behind the counter checks out my 32wk belly and asked
"is this your FIRST.....or SECOND baby??" Like those were the only two available options....lol..
"uhmm....this is baby number 6."
And then there is the look of shock and sometimes complete horror......makes me giggle everytime.

She must not have thought you were old enough to have six babies. I'd count that as a complement. haha

I get the same thing! Cracks me right up. Horror is exactly the first look and then they try to recover really quickly and start saying things like "Wow". I love when people see me with maybe three of our kids and say something about how full my hands must be and how shocked they are when I let them know that there are more

I get this with my current pregnancy. They see my 7 year old and 2 year old, ask what I am having and say, " Oh, and now you will have your boy!"

I proceed to tell her this is actually my 5th child and second son. My other son is 18 and a freshman away at college.

Then, I get "wow, FIVE?"
