Anyone had trouble with Thirsties PUL leaking?

Hi Mamas- I was just wondering if anyone has had trouble with their Thirsties Duo AIOs? I just bought a bunch on Black Friday and within 5 weeks the PUL was leaking. I have remedied the situation with the company and am getting a refund but they seem to think that this diaper just doesn't work for my twins. They are not repelling and I have only washed in Country Save and no other jazz that you aren't supposed to use. I can pour an ounce of liquid into the diaper though and the PUL leaks- with it just sitting on the counter and no baby in tow! I have a handful of other brands of diapers and we have had no issues. Oh, and I did try to re-seal the PUL as they recommended and no change. This is just so mind boggling to me.

Anyone else heard of this?

we had a couple of our thirsties covers where the pul cracked across the butt of the diaper. I never trued to contact them because we had bleached the diapers a few times. They were around 5 months old when they gave out. I have a few of the Duo pocket diapers that are still doing alright but they are only a few months old.

I have tons of AIO's and so far the Thirsties are the only ones to leak for me. I haven't checked where it is coming from, but good to know that I should check the PUL now. I am pretty bummed because they look like a great diaper and I thought they would be my fave.

They absolutley were my favorite! I thought they were adorable and cheap and dry fast too. I would be super interested to know if your PUL leaks if you just put water in the diaper. I could touch around the legs and feel that the outside of the dipe was wet.
