DS keeps saying his heart is "full"
DS is 4 and recently started noticing his heart when it beat fast. Or at least that's what it seems like, it's always after he has been running around or riding his bike. I just wonder if this is normal, like he's just becoming more aware of his body. He went on a bike ride last night and came inside, and looked a little tired. I asked him what was wrong and he said, "Nothing, but my heart just got too full." It was just kind of weird and makes me a little nervous...is there something wrong or do you think this is normal?
