Re: WWYD - 4 year old reaches RF weight limit
I turned my son a week before his 4th birthday. He is 35 lbs and 40 inches. He's ff in a true fit premier right not. I'm tempted to get a frontier even though he won't outgrow this for a while. And his brother will be fine in his seat for a while too.

Re: WWYD - 4 year old reaches RF weight limit
I'd turn him unless you decide to get a Radian anyway. But Radians do not make good boosters. They are outgrown at the same time the child outgrows the harness. We've been using a Radian forward facing for the past 2 years (and rear facing before that), and we love it. We just bought a new one for my 5 year old daughter because it's the only thing that will work with a 3 across in our car.
