I'm in Fayetteville and have been here for 8.5 years (and won't be going anywhere any time soon because DH is now a DoD civilian, lol).

Fayetteville has tons of cd'ing mamas & even their own CD store. I was there for 8 years & we moved back home last Christmas. I miss it. Fayetteville Mommies is a mommies group there. They had a great cd group & they were all super nice.
