sick baby and engorged

My 11 week old is sick. Her appetite is barely there but shes nursing enough to still have wet dipes. I am really engorged. I should go ahead and pump to not mess with supply right? Will my supply be affected if I dont?

Yep pump. I am going through the same right now. I have been just feeding her one side only and pumping the other side. She has upper respitory issues right now so eating a lot less than normal.

Hugs mama! My almost 5 month old was just diagnosed with rsv and bronchitis last night. She's utterly miserable and won't nurse at all. The worst part is she needs to be held and dh is out of town and I can't put her down to pump. I hope your little one feels better soon.
