Is this milk OK to feed?
I started with a clogged duct last night (1st BF issue and DD is nearly 10 months old!). I tried to take care of it last night in the shower, but no luck. I was pumping this morning on my way to work like usual and at the end of pumping, I had a little blep of milk on my nipple where I thought the clog was. So I removed the little bit of skin over it and that opened the flood gates! Since I had just finished pumping I was able to direct the flow into the bottle (thank goodness or I would have been drenched). I ended up with 2.5 ounces from the clog. I'm assuming that milk is fine to feed? It looks OK and I'll give it the sniff test tonight when I'm making bottles. How long should I expect to be tender post clog?
