What is it with all these kids lately? Alex calmed down so i was able to go running. Yay!
The last couple of days i haven't been logging cals, but i have been eating less. My breakfast has been egg muffins so about 100 calories, then my meals and snacks have been about 200 ea. I eat lunch and dinner and 2 or 3 snacks. This natually puts me at about 1100 calories and I'm learning that i don't need to eat more. I can be satisfied eating a little less. Its nice, I'm learning to not stuff myself

I'm swear today I want to pull my hear out. I have down a sorbet for a treat later but I feel guilty.

I am at my wits end with Kenzie. Wow this is what a two year old is like!? Wow Bre was a breeze then. I am worn out and exhausted I don't want to count calories and I just want to enjoy life. I am fed up tonight.

Sorry for the vent I just needed to get it out there before I explode.

Btw I think I will have a clementine and not sorbet.

I feel like that a lot lately. Claire pushes all my buttons...I have a hard time keeping my temper.

Great job! It's hard to learn to only eat when hungry. I need to work on that.

The worst is I have a bad temper and I'm trying really hard to control it.

I am normally pretty calm and laid back...but she gets under my skin. Fighting me over every little thing and whining all.day.long. Sorry I have no good advice, but you're not alone.

LOL. Alex is a couple weeks shy of 2 and starting to argue with me for everything. So far I can handle him, my kindergartener on the other hand... everything I say she argues. no is never a no. It's an opener to refute whatever I say and ask more and more. I'm
