Stuffing BG pockets...

So, yeah... I'm still undecided about Imagine bamboo flats or prefolds All I know is our small infant cotton prefolds aren't quite filling out our pockets the way I like. DS is a heavy wetting 2 year old. Should I go with the bamboo flats? Or prefolds? What size prefolds for the largest setting on BGs? My measurements are coming up for mediums, but if I go that route, I just want to be sure.

I don't do flats, so can't speak to that. I do use imagine bamboo prefolds stuffed in BG 4.0 As a reference, DD is on the medium rise and the medium prefold is a little big, but not too bad.

I don't know anything about the prefolds, but the imagine bamboo flats fit wonderfully in LO's BG's on the medium rise setting. I love them for night time. Looks like they're out of stock now, though...Bummer....I was thinking about maybe ordering some more.

I use the small bamboo prefolds on the middle rise, I think medium would be good for the largest I haven't used their flats though, sorry.

I use large Diaper Rite flats. I also have small oso cozy flats that work great too. I highly prefer flats over pfs to stuff because they are trimmer and you can change up the folds to get the perfect fit that you want, whereas with pfs you can only trifold, one way or the other.

Is the absorbency comparable between the flats and prefolds?
