I have another question for you mama's! I am EBFing my almost 5 month old daughter.

I had PP bleeding for 6 weeks and then it stopped for almost 2 weeks and then I bled again for one week.

It was a few days after I started taking BC that I bled but my Dr. said because it was a progesterone only pill it won't make me bleed. I'm off BC now.

So... Was that a period?
Also, I haven't had any bleeding since then.

I am also curious....as I did the same Tried an IUD it came out had what I thought to be a period, then nothing since then. Very minor spotting last month took at test Negative called the clinic they said get on the pill LOL I dont know if I want to or not????

Any bleeding (even spotting) beyond pp bleeding counts as a period and you should assume your fertility has (or will very soon) return.

Periods can be irregular through out nursing.

Thanks so much!! I've noticed CM the past couple weeks when I used to be really dry all the time and some cramping as well. So, hopefully it's coming back soon!

Hey Mama! My husband and I decided to go on BC due to the fact that he's leaving for a deployment next month - so I went on it the first 3 months and then off and now we are just careful. I didn't want to be pregnant while he was gone so just incase there was a chance I went on - other wise I wouldn't have. Up to you though! It always seemed to mess with my system :-/
