I'm planning on buying some progesterone cream from my local health food store because I've been displaying all the symptoms (aside from extra hair growth) of low progesterone. My question is where do I put it? Is it meant to be inserted vaginally? Do I just rub it all over my body??? What's protocol with this stuff???

I believe it goes on your inner thighs? But I've never used it (I use prescribed progesterone suppositories)...hopefully someone that has will chime in.

I think it's inner thigh as well. I think you move the site around, if I remember correctly. I think EPO can help but the big one is B6, 100mg a day. I also take Maca and Vitex.
