Need help with GMD rainbow shorts and old orange

To the CDing veterans out there, what's your opinion on the out-of-production GMD rainbow shorts and orange? A local mama has these for sell but I know nothing about them. What are they comparable to the current sizing? What age/weight limit are they for?

I think rainbows are comparable to reds, maybe the red organics specifically. The orange IDK how they are different from the current orange though.

I just measured a rainbow short PF - 15" long x 13.5 to 14" wide. Very similar to the red size. FWIW, I love my rainbow shorts and have kept them through 3 (going on 4) kids.
