I use sleep calm powder, you can get it at amazon, the health food store, etc. I think it's called nature calm? For my dh who gets body cramps at night, I just but the cal-mag pills that they sell everywhere

Any health food store will carry it, I buy mine from our local grocery store's healthy section. The liquid version is more digestible/accessible by the body so that would be my recommendation. Amazon also carries several brands if I recall.
