I had the essure coils put in but many women have still gotten pregnant with them. I O'd around the 23ish and on the 30th I spotted all day. Now im feeling really sick. But my guess is I am in between 10-13dpo.

Ahhhh... that's understandable! Hopefully you get the results you want. There have been a lot of nasty bugs going around, so maybe it's that. Goodluck!!
