I have a bath running with menthol bath-salts. I hope it helps my back...I tried not taking any painkillers but that was a bad idea. My back is not ready for that.

Mel I hope it passes quickly.

Janine cleaning up the kitchen every night is part of the family routine. MH has to put her plate and cup in the sink. Jerry washes the pots I load the dishwasher. We do it as soon as we have finished eating.

The morning and evening routine are making our lives so much happier. We are not even using stickers anymore, just a visual guide so she knows what she should be doing

Hi ladies

Fun day here, got an extra student added on at work, so an extra 15 min a day. Then indent to Fargo with BILnand SIL, had an awesome riding lesson and they bought a treadmill for their new work out room that I get to use. Now we are going out to Chinese before we head home
Mel sorry for the bug , dh is sick too. Mari finally kicked it though.
