My DH came home and gave me a huge surprise! We have been TTA since DS was born since we didn't want our kids too close together (we've also had a lot of craziness in our lives with a house fire, moving 3 times and DH getting a new job and moving to a new town). We've been settled in our new house about 2 months now and DS will be 14 months this weekend. My DH had showed no signs of wanting another any time soon. I've had baby fever but haven't said anything since I knew the timing wasn't right. I also feel like DH should lead more in this area since I have trouble viewing it objectively, So I was prepared to wait for a while before TTC #2. Well last night DH says he thinks we should stop preventing (using condoms/pulling out). I was floored! I'm so excited! I've already o'd this month and I'm still breastfeeding, so I don't know how quickly I'll get preggo, but just the possibility is exciting! I did get pregnant quickly with DS and the pregnancy before that (miscarriage), so....... Anyway, I just wanted to share.
