Re: Does breech "run in the family"?
My older sister was breech but I myself have never had a breech delivery. I know my older sis had c-sections but not sure if breech was the reason why.

Re: Does breech "run in the family"?
I also wanted to add, I had an anterior placenta with Noah. I knew something was different with him because of certain things and it turns out that having an anterior placenta can cause different sets of pains and even prevent the baby from getting into the OP for easiest delivery. I got a birthing ball, and read up on the Spinning Babies site which really helped both his position and my pain. I highly recommend a birthing (exercise ball) and the Spinning Babies site. You can also find many other birthing ball exercises and stretches for preggos all over the net.

It's suggested that having a hip imbalance is the reason for a breech baby. But there's also a bunch of other theories also.
