Re: What did you use to reduce your scar?
A friend recommended Contractubex gel for my C-section scar. Somehow, the gel helped lighten up the scar tissue but it still looked obvious.

Staples the first few days and then the sticky glue and steri-strips.

Re: What did you use to reduce your scar?
I always use silver cream for wounds that are still healing. If it's already healed Sweet Almond oil, Vitamin E, or Tamanu works.

Lanolin is my preference - it is the closet to actual human skin oil and really helps with healing, protecting, and minimizing scar tissue.
Look into massage therapy for the scar area as well - there are techniques that can keep the tissue from adhering to itself and help maintain/restore sensation and flexibility around the incision.

Re: What did you use to reduce your scar?
I never used anything on my c-section scar I had two c-sections back to back and they look like one they are a little lighter than my natural color but other than that my panty line covers it perfectly so never really cared to use any scar creams on it
