Prayers for those dealing with terminal cancer- another update post 5

I hate even typing the word cancer, it seems like I've know so many people whose lives have been affected by this horrible epidemic. I have 2 friends now dealing with end-stage cancer, thankfully they both are so strong in their faith, but I see them suffering and it's so not fair.
One is a younger man with 3 kids, the youngest being 12. The other is an older man who leaves behind a wife, daughter, and 3 beautiful grandchildren.

Pray about it and believe that God can heal them! My dad was diagnosed with a rare cancer 9 months ago. I was pregnant and he was given 3-6 months. Our faith has been tested to its limit. Not only did he survive to see the birth of my daughter, but a miracle occurred. Chemo finally became effective and he had the chance of surgery. It was successful! He has one more round of chemo and radiation and is 100% cancer free! Less than 5% survive past 18 months with what he had. And if it had not turned out well, we had such special time as a family and grew closer than we could have imagined. I hope this story gives encouragement for you. Your friends will be in my prayers!!
