For supper here got chicken legs sitting in buttermilk for a few hrs then will fry it alone with homemade macaroni salad. Not sure what else to have that maybe it.

We are having sausage and bean soup tonight. Super easy, just a few ingredients and its really yummy!! A light meal for the day before Thanksgiving!

Suggestions for a reluctant cook and mom to a picky eater. My oldest is very texture sensitive and tends to stay with one set of foods for long periods of time. I have lost myself in the short order cook world because of this. Now I don't even know what to cook. Single mom of three: girl(13 the picky one), boy (10) and girl (10 months).
