BTDT. Mine woke up more than that. Just take it one day at a time. Eventually, whether you nurse or wean, he WILL STTN!
ETA: FWIW, starting solids didn't help any of my kids STTN and my FF babies (my two oldest) didn't sleep any better than my EBF babies.
