Re: Switch to Ergo or ? Beco Gemini?
Yay that's awesome! I snagged a Gemini on fsot today and can't wait to use it. I have a feeling my little guy will be much happier facing out or on my back. Plus dh refuses to wear the wrap but has no objection to a ssc. Go figure.

The Beco Gemini is amazing!!!!! My daughter HATED to be in any of my baby carriers because she had to face in and as soon as I tried the Beco Gemini she actually enjoyed being carried. What I love about the Beco Gemini is it is less restrictive and allows then to feel like they aren't so constrained and you always have the opition of a back carry as well. Also try out some wraps...my daughter liked those because she could be in a hip cary as well. Hope this helps

I also prefer the gemini to the ergo, I don't wear my dd anymore really but don't want to part with it still..lol

Re: Switch to Ergo or ? Beco Gemini?
I have a Gemini and do love it but I am not a fan of facing out. It is really uncomfortable for me. I have been playing with a hip carry and like that much better.

I got mine and love it so far! As I suspected,ds prefers facing out, and I don't find it to be uncomfortable. Even facing in seems less restrictive and more comfortable for him than the wrap. Haven't tried hip carry yet, but i did do the back carry with my almost 3 year old and it was surprisingly comfortable. Love how many options there are with this carrier!

Re: Switch to Ergo or ? Beco Gemini?
Yay! I am so glad to read this. I just got a gemini the other day and I can't wait to use it. Unfortunately I have to wait almost 4 more months till #4 arrives to use it.
With past kiddos my favorite carrier was the Ergo... except that tiny babies just don't fit so well in it. Sounds like the gemini might just be the perfect solution I was hoping it will be.
