Re: Sleeping after a miscarriage
The moving on and forward is different for everyone. Have you considered writing feelings out? I eventually crash when I am so exausted I can't keep my eyes open. It's the only way that works, but I have had less nightmares since I started writing letters to our future LO. They may never be read, but the letters let me pour every feeling I have about our journey ttc, the frustrations, and the feelings after a miscarriage. It's helped me overcome a little, while tiny baby step it still is, and accept that a miscarriage is out of my control, and its apart of our journey to one day having a LO.
