Re: baby not head down, when to be concerned?
My MW said most babies flip around 32-36 wks.
She wasn't the LEAST bit worried when my baby was head up at 32 wks. Said we'd worry about it at 36 wks if it was still head up at that point. at my 34 wk appt, baby was head down. Sh

I wouldnt worry until after 36 weeks.
My breech babe turned at 39 weeks right before a version was scheduled. 25 weeks is way to early to worry.

Thanks everyone. At first I was not concerned at all, but I had a few comments that got me worried. I feel much better now.

after 36 weeks, they start talking "c-sec" but there are other options depending on the OB/MW you have.

I've had 2 late pregnancy breech babies and 37wks is usually the worry point. Both of mine turned on their own, even at close to 9lbs.

Re: baby not head down, when to be concerned?
I'm 25 weeks and most of what I feel is low down in my pelvis too. All my pregnancies have been that way. I'm pretty sure it's hands and head movement though. I'm only just now starting to feel regular kicks at belly button level. Most movement is still down low though. So, I wouldn't assume your baby is breach right now!

I have a bi-cornate (heart shaped) uterus, so my kids all laid transverse until labour started (37,41 and 35 weeks).

Many practitioners don't worry until baby is 34-35 weeks along so you have plenty of time, ifyour baby is breech.
