Does anyone have a HRM? I have the opportunity to get one for very cheap through our insurance incentive. It says it comes w the watch and a band? Where do you wear the band? Do you have to? Any experience w these? I'd like to do something like a fit bit but I can't beat the price. Free!

I love mine! The kind with the band must be worn with it but it's also a lot more accurate than the plain watch. You wear it around your ribs.

I LOOOOOOVE my Polar HRM. It's amazing and super easy to use!!!! It was well worth the $100 I paid for it.

You wear the band around your chest, right under your boobs.

Thanks ladies! Do you only wear yours to exercise or all day? I'm just starting to lose weight and have about 50 lbs to lose. I want to have an accurate calorie count for my fitness pal and I can get the HRM for free w saved points.
