Haha! Hubby snores, but during pregnancy I am worse. I only snore when sick or pregnant. Luckily, he falls asleep faster than I do, or I would keep him up.

Yay! For the great u/s Anya!

I'm not so much snoring right now as really loud mouth breathing. But its better when I remember to put the humidifier on. Poor dh. I can sometimes hear myself while sleeping but can't really do anything about it b/c I'm still asleep.

My hubby says I am whimpering in my sleep, a lot. He is always waking me to ask if I'm ok. He would probably prefer I snore at this point so he wouldn't have to worry about me.

Well had my checkup with my midwife today. Everything was good and little girl is head down (though she doesn't consistently stay that way, she's flops around a lot). I am measuring perfectly and my weight is pretty darn awesome if I do say so myself. Especially considering I went home for a couple weeks and stuffed my face every day It was a relief that little girl was head down though, I hope she stays that way!

Re: Lil Shamrocks - February chat (1 more month!)

Hey mama's.

Hospital bag packed, baby bag packed. This time I actually packed a few changes of clothes and noob clother diapers just incase I decide to stay more than 12 hours. If we have the baby in the middle of the week I think Memere will have to return our children to us the very next day and a part of me thinks it might be nice to just have 24hours alone with our little girl with out them crawling all over her and me right away...

That being said hospitals suck!! It really is something I will have to decide right in or after the moment. We live so close to if I do decide to spend the night I will let DH return home once we get settled in "if" we decide to stay. Basically I have to have a comfortable room and the staff has to be to my liking(nice and helpful). If it feels to weird for DH to leave then he will stay but the sleeping arrangements are SO AWFUL for husbands, I hate making him sleep on the floor.

Choices choices I tell you. It feels so different this time...perhaps becuase it's bee a few years since I gave birth and had a newborn. Or perhaps it's different because we have other children to consider-their lives are about to change in a big way too. Or maybe I'm getting a bit emotional because it's our last AND our wedding night baby. She kind of feels like a perfect way to complete our family.

Anways I can't wait<3

Re: Lil Shamrocks - February chat (1 more month!)

why would your hubby have to sleep on the floor? most hospitals have the pull out chairs in the the recovery rooms. i've never heard of someone having to sleep on the floor in a hospital.

Seriously! I thought most hospitals have "modernized" and become much more husband-friendly. My hospital has couches that convert to daybed-kinda-things. Last time, I got a room with a full (maybe queen?) sized hospital bed so hubby got to sleep *with* me. It was awesome.

Here's a picture of my enormous bed/room:

That hospital room is nice!!!! If mine looked like that, they'd have trouble making me leave lol!

Had my 37 week midwife appt. cervix is 1.5 cm dilated and 50% thinned. Was kinda bummed my body is moving so quickly... My family is recovering from multiple illnesses (me included) and I wanna make sure we are all nice and healthy before little lady makes her debut! hoping we all recover quickly and stay well !

Lauren - I'm jealous of the room! Super nice. I've never seen a hospital bed bigger than a twin.
