No, the workouts are all ~30 mins on this. The difference is this is a structured, 90 day program. It is broken into 3 phases and you get 5 workouts per phase to rotate amongst on a schedule. You workout 6 days and the 7th is a rest day. Workouts are either front of body, back of body or cardio. I love it b/c I get bored easily so the variety is nice. I also like that it is structured so I don't have to fish around in my collection to find a workout that focuses on whatever I want to workout on that day.

Can you tell me more about the 7 Day Kickstart Your Metabolism plan? Is this just like a pamphlet or is it a small booklet? Do you follow an exercise routine during these 7 days preceding the start of the 90 days or do you use it during your first 7 days of the 90 day program?

I think I may be able to pick this up fairly cheaply but I doubt it will include the kickstart plan.

The kickstart is where for Week One, you do the normal workouts in the morning and then at night do the Cardio One workout.

OK so as of today and I am "only" down 6.2 pounds BUT on a whim I pulled out some pants that I haven't comfortably fit in quite a while and they all fit GREAT! These are pants that I wore when I was at least 10 lbs lighter than I am now so I def. must be losing lots of inches and re-shaping my body!
