What carseat would you buy for a tight budget and extended rearfacing?

In that budget, I would go with an Evenflo SureRide or a Safety 1st Guide 65.

Guide 65 would be my pick. I don't know enough about the sureride yet. Last I heard they hadn't fixed the problem of the harness length being super short.
