Just wanted to update. I upped my food intake, especially veggies and lean meats. I'm down a pound and a half.thanks ladies!

I works try cardio, leg lifts, weight and strength training. marine observatory and our px90. there's a 10 mountie trainer groin px90 guy I think that's supposed to be good walking speed? do like power walking our something our of you're comfort range. I did pilates too that helped. hugs on death.
