I haven't worn my vibrams since August because I was having issues with swelling in my left foot and then it got cold, so my guess is that my feet aren't used to them anymore. I bought some Injinji socks and there is no way I could get my toes in the Vibrams with socks. I have fat toes and wide feet. The next pair of Vibrams that I buy will likely be men's because of it.

I am slowly getting back to primal. I am also starting to eat a couple bits of meat. I had chicken apple sausages today and the idea of eating pork chops for dinner tomorrow night doesn't completely revolt me.
I just ate a coconut cream pie lara bar and I think I am in heaven.

Snacks were raisins, macadamia nuts and a coconut cream larabar (did I mention how good those are!?). I am totally starving right now, so I am rooting around, trying to make a good choice. =D

this is how it is for me I dont eat anything until noon I usually have lots of meat and veggies and a bowl of berries. my kids usually have eggs and bacon for breakfast.

I am going to wean myself off of all of the crap over the next couple weeks and try to get back in shape.
