I am a mom to a 20 month old girl who has been cloth diapered her whole life minus the first couple of weeks of life. I LOVE it! We are also a plant-strong family and I love finding new ideas to keep our family eating healthy plant-strong meals and snacks.

plant strong is mostly vegan. We don't eat animal products at home - except an occasional egg or tuna. We eat meat sometimes when we go out or at other people's homes, but we try to get most of our nutrients from vegetables, fruits, seeds, nuts and grains.
