Re: Nautilus vs Frontier

We had the Frontier for DS and my mom had the Nauti, for him, in her car. He much preferred the Frontier because it was roomier.

Re: Nautilus vs Frontier

We have the Nautilus, and I don't love it. The crotch strap is super short, and my son, who is pretty slender, has to scoot way back for me to get it out. I used my SIL's Frontier the other day and loved it. Might be worth the extra.

But, if money was tight, I'd buy the Nauti without a second thought.
This is the reason I got the Frontier. My son is a bigger guy with a bubble butt, so the opposite of slender, while still not overweight or even chubby. He can buckle himself without issue.

I got one for my daughter because I believe we might need the extra harness height because she has some sit still issues, and I'd prefer to go ahead and have the Frontier in case that height is needed to harness her for a while.

Re: Nautilus vs Frontier

I looked at both and the Recaro and decided on the Frontier. I have zero regrets on buying the Frontier. It's great! My 4.5 yr old is tall and slim and it fits her beautifully.

Re: Nautilus vs Frontier

I hated our Frontier because the install was such a pain. The nauti's went in every car no problem. But, as a booster, the Frontier is better..

Both my older kids have nautalis seats for both our vehivles. No issues with room and buckles and both boys are in 75 to 95%.

If you have tombuy ine seat the orice difference isnt bad but Inhad to buy two.
