Any Vista people?

We are still in AK as of now. We are to ETS (get out of the Army) Next year. I would love info on it. I'm not finding to much stuff on google. Give me the good, bad, and ugly experiences!

My step daughters go to school in Vista and are there half the time. The weather is great! Cooler than further inland, but doesn't get as much gloom as the marine layer on the coast, some parts of Vista are great and others I wouldn't go out alone at night (like any city).
