Active Birth is one of my all time favorites. It goes over pregnancy and birth, and then shows you how to remain active in labor to help with pain. It even has a yoga routine for pregnancy and labor.

I second getting a doula. A doula that's passionate about her work and birth is worth her weight in gold. They are knowledgable about all things childbirth and know different ways to help you deal with "surges" (what hypnobirthing calls contractions) and transition. When you are in the zone and can't open your eyes let alone articulate your needs, your doula is your voice. Especially if you establish a good relationship with her during your pregnancy.
