How do i find a side of beef?

We currently live in Japan but are moving back to America in the next few months. DH and I would like to buy a side of beef but don't know where to look. We will be in North Carolina if that matters.

look for local farms or google on the internet. We are in New Hampshire and are able to order a side of beef.

There's a website called eatwild that lists farms (with links to their websites if they have one) in your area, it's very helpful!

Sent from my iPhone that has a mind of its own
