We just found out that DS has a sensitivity to dairy and gluten and so we have taken him off of both. Since he is only 3, I am trying to cook gf/df for the whole family to make the transition easier.

I have def found some recipes that work and are yummy but would love some ideas for easy recipes with fairly simple ingredients that are gf/df. Mostly looking for dinner ideas but fun snacks, desserts and lunche are good too!

Can I ask how you found this out? Was it a blood test from your regular doctor? I ask b/c I suspect my kids have those sensitivities as well. Thanks

There is a recipe in Chloe's Kitchen cookbook called Peanutty Perfection Noodles that is both dairy free and gluten free. My kids love it and so do dh and I. A lot of vegan cookbooks have gluten free recipes, and obviously dairy free too. She has a website and you might be able to find it there. I don't have my book on hand.

I am GF/DF as well. I tend to make a lot of soup-think chili, chicken tortilla, beef stew. I like a couple different websites-paleo mom and nom nom paleo as well as omgpaleo.
