I posted here before about a package getting lost to Canada (never showed up BTW).
I was told I could purchase outside insurance with UPIC. I think I did it once before wasn't sure if I did it correctly.

I remember them asking for a number that would identify the package. WHat do you put if all you have is the customs form?

I just use the customs form number.

thanks! I hope I never ever have a package lost again, but I want to get it right just in case. Is tehre anything I should know?

I believe first-class international to Canada now includes DC.

I guess I'll find out tomorrow. I haven't sold anything in awhile, and not to Canada. I have been avoiding it
