My 36 weeker (born at home) was perfect. No trouble feeding or breathing or anything.

Re: Think my water broke (36 weeks 3 days)
No baby. Water didn't actually break like I thought, so they sent me home. 1-2 cm dilated, 40% effaced, and baby is at 0 station. Contractions have died down.

Re: Think my water broke (36 weeks 3 days)
Yes, I was able to nurse him right away, however after nursing him, they took his glucose levels and they were dangerously low, so they gave him formula (via cup since I wouldn't let them give him a bottle due to possible nipple confusion) and he couldn't maintain his temps, but by that evening, I had him in my arms, and he was able to stay with me since. We did stay the two full days in the hospital because of his temps and sugar levels needing to be monitored as they were low, but by the second day, he was good to go! I had to stay the two days as well because I had low bp. I wouldn't have left him anyway
