Gymboree was great for my ODD when she needed small undies. ITA the Carter's are bigger and fit her quite nicely now that the gymbos are snug. I don't know about their boy undies though, just girl.

They have cotton underpants in sizes 3, 6, 9, 12, 18, and 24 months. Or you can measure her height and figure out the size. $14.50 for 4 undies. Good luck! |

I just bought my 22 month old underwear, I got him the 2t-3t at walmart, they are a touch big, but I think if I got him anything smaller he would not fit into them, he is so chunky. Pretty sad when my not even two year old and my almost 5 year old fit into the same size underwear.
