I wish you could sort people's feedback by rating. If someone has negative feedback, I always want to read the comments to figure out why. As a consumer, I understand that some people leave negative feedback because they'll never be happy and at no fault to the seller.

that would be helpful, although in this case the seller is completely at fault and has been for years. It's amazing she's still in business.
